Stephan Zwingmann is primarily active in the field of auditing private and public companies diverse industries and of various sizes. One focus of his work lies in consulting on the succession of medium-sized family businesses and the design of tax-efficient wealth transfers and wills. He also deals extensively with the design of restructuring in middle-sized companies. Another focus is giving start-up advice.

Additionally, Stephan Zwingmann teaches Business Economics and Tax Law in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Kassel. In his private life, he is involved in community work for the Catholic Church. Stephan Zwingmann, born in 1964, is widowed and has three children.
